Spreading The Costs of New ICT Desk

ABC Desks is now able to help schools spread the cost of acquiring new desk with a rental plan written just for the education sector.  In conjunction with Axis Leasing, one of the UKs leading school finance specialists, we are offering a highly flexible alternative to paying cash via our new Lease Plan.

A leasing contract allows you to pay for your new furniture over a period of time, usually between 1- 5 years, with a fixed rental payment. This means you can overcome budget constraints and ensure expenditure is directed where it is needed most.

ABC Desks want to take the hassle out of finance, this contract also allows you to include IT equipment or any other asset you wish to fund at the same time on the same contract. 

Here are just are just some of the ways in which we can help you:

1. You can finance your entire solution, including design and installation. 
2. Defer or tailor the rental payments to accommodate your budget – for example, many schools start making payments in April of each year.
3. You can lease as little as £1000.00
4. We can help you to settle third-party leases to free up budgets
5. Our contracts can be arranged very quickly – useful for last minute, end of term arrangements.
6. We can arrange Master Credit Lines which allow you to draw down from the facility as and when you need it – which means you only start paying for furniture as it is delivered – classroom by classroom.
7. Use the “Refresh” facility to acquire equipment whilst not necessarily increasing your rental payments.
